We delivers the our products purchased by You through authorized and reliable delivery partners and not by itself. All products/orders are processed for delivery/shipment after successful pre-payment except in case of COD orders. COD is applicable only to orders which are between the range of INR 199/- (Rupees One Hundred and Ninety Nine) and INR 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only). The delivery of the products/orders is processed on address which is provided by You. Karrot Natural Skincare or its service providers (delivery partners) do not have an obligation to verify the details of the delivery address provided by You. You agree and understand that Karrot Natural Skincare shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for:
a) delivery of the Product(s) at a wrong address furnished by You;
b) any loss and/or damage to You due to incorrect, incomplete and/or false information furnished by You;
c) or any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the Product(s) purchased on the Site.
d) only responsible to deliver the products at given address only. Delivery usually takes four (4) to eight (8) working days after acceptance of an order. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver the products to the customers location. Karrot Natural Skincare will aim at delivering the products to You at the earliest, the delivery may be delayed in case of force majeure events, festivals, or under circumstances which may be beyond the control of Karrot Natural Skincare. In such a situation, we will deliver the products to You at the earliest possible time.

● My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
Once Your order has been confirmed, You will receive an email with the details of the tracking number through which You can track the status of Your order from our website.
● What to do if my order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it?
You need to report non-delivery of the order, within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the delivery notification by emailing us at care@karrotcosmetics.com or contacting us via the contact number 1800-208-9971 or through the chat option available on the Site/mobile application. After a lapse of forty eight (48) hours from delivery time available with Karrot Natural Skincare, Karrot Natural Skincare claims no liability and responsibility.
